๐Ÿ“– Pallet Load Guide

Pallet math: boxes per pallet, explained

Two gates bind the answer: deck size sets boxes per layer and deck utilization; max height minus the pallet itself sets layers; per-pallet weight (including the 18โ€“25 kg pallet) caps it all. The tool takes the minimum and divides your total into pallets plus a last-pallet remainder.

Three standards built in: CN 120ร—100, EUR 120ร—80 and NA 48ร—40 in (121.9ร—101.6 cm). Ship to EU/US warehouses on the destination standard โ€” oversized pallets get whole shipments rejected.

โ“ FAQ

Why single orientation?

Interlocking saves space but most 3PLs require uniform orientation for scanning; we output the conservative single-orientation utilization.

How do I set max height?

Container heights (2.39โ€“2.69 m), forklift lift and dock doors all bind; US West warehouses commonly cap at 1.8 m.
